Looking to rent a whole house (Atlanta)

We are three friends looking to rent a whole house, so that we can all live together.
Our budget is no more than $1800/month.
We want at least three bedrooms and one bathroom.
We are in our 20s and 30s.
There is one dog but no other animals.
Because of the dog, we would love a big, fenced in backyard and to be close to a forest or park for the dog to run around in.
The dog is very well trained and won’t make a mess in the house.
We would also like to have some storage area for bikes.
