House for rent (Paulding, Polk county)

Hello, I'm a single female professional looking for a house for rent in: Hiram, Dallas, Rockmart, Douglasville, Powder Springs, etc.
I have excellent credit, rental history, references and employment history.
I don't smoke, drink or do drugs of any kind.
My credit score is 776 as of this morning.
I have no debt and own my vehicle outright.
I'm open to any size house as long as it has one bathroom! The property must be pet friendly! I am a very responsible pet owner and my dogs are kennel trained when I'm not home.
They are extremely well potty trained and well attended to.
It would be ideal if the property had enough acreage for one horse but this is not a requirement.
I would be the only person living at the property.
