Warehouse space sub-lease, 5000 sq'+ (Marietta GA)

We are looking for a warehouse space, clean and dry for a sublease and are comfortable with a 3+ year lease term.
We are in a sublease now and needing to move due to a change in ownership.
What we are seeking is a space with a dock door, people door, bathroom (all shared access is fine) space for parking a 26' truck and cargo van.
Our items are very clean, we have our racking and material moving equipment.
For location- we would like to stay within a 10-15 mile-ish radius of the Marietta square.
Our budget is max at $4k month' all in and need at least 5000 square feet up to 10k square feet.
