Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting in loading & unloading of equipment and supplies needed to complete the job
Hand digging with shovels, post hole diggers, and picks to expose underground utilities
Place conduit / cable, or pipe in trenches, splice conduit sections, install couplers, place anchors, pedestals, vaults, etc.
to complete construction tasks
Complete jobsite clean-up, refill holes, trenches, and compact soil to ensure that it is packed down and even.
Ensure that shrubs, plants, flowers, and landscape is left in the same condition that it was found in
Willing & able to work in all types of climates, temperatures, seasons, and weather
Demonstrate good judgment in the field
Work as a team in tandem with crew foreman and other crew members
Perform all duties adhering to company safety procedures and policies
Job Requirements:
Ability to Meet Attendance Schedule with Dependability and Consistency
Valid Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record, and Reliable Transportation To / From Work (Pass MVR Check)
Ability to Complete and Pass Drug Screening
Ability to Work Extended Hours Outdoors in All Weather Conditions
Ability to Use Equipment and Tools Properly and Safely
Ability to Lift, Push, Pull, or Carry Potentially Heavy Objects (50+ lbs)
Ability to Withstand Prolonged and Repeated Physical Exertion (Climbing, Crouching, Digging, Kneeling, Lifting, Standing, etc.
)
