BASIC PURPOSE:
Essential Functions
• Checks job paperwork for proper completion of prior operations.
• Uses internal software to navigate welding systems.
• Loads and unloads parts to perform welding operation.
• Verify parts are correct for each job.
• Conducts inspection of welded parts for defects.
Non-Essential Functions/Other Duties
• Trains other employees on Welding equipment.
• Operates other equipment in the cell as needed.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred, Georgia Work Ready Silver Certificate
• Skilled with navigating computer screens, ability to read and follow instructions.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Contact HR for assistance)
Manuel dexterity required, ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Vision must be clear enough to perform inspections and check for accuracy.
