WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Intercompany reconciliation
Expense reporting management (consists of approving monthly expense reports, providing customer service to internal employees, and providing training to new hires)
Fixed Assets management
Assist AP & accounting manager in setting up wires/ACH payments
Assist with Treasury Management and Cashflow reporting
Monthly & Annual accrual journal entries
Reclassing journal entries
Assist with month end closing and annual audits
Assist team with monthly sales tax filings
Continually seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Work on special projects as requested and any other various tasks that the team needs help with
WHAT YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field required.
2-3 years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with SAP a plus, but not a requirement
Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with impeccable follow through; ability to meet critical deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Quick learner, analytical, deductive reasoning, detail and quality oriented
Eagerness to learn, be a team player, and have strong communication skills
Working Conditions and Environment:
