Lead Vendor Manager

Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a company known for providing property management companies and investors with exceptional maintenance and turn-key services, is seeking a Lead Vendor Manager to join our team.
As the Lead Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Vendor Managers and Vendor Specialists, overseeing their work, and ensuring they meet the company's high-quality standards.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and identifying new vendors to expand our network.

Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance.
Identify new vendors to expand our network and improve service offerings.
Analyze vendor performance data and provide performance reports to management.
Manage vendor payments and ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing.
Develop and implement vendor performance metrics to improve overall service quality.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement vendor management strategies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a vendor management or procurement role.
Experience working in the construction industry.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
