*Responsibilities:*
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to PLC systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
* Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
* Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
* Implement and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
* Install, modify, and upgrade machinery to improve efficiency and meet production requirements.
* Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Comply with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
* Minimum of [2] years of experience in multi-craft maintenance, with a focus on PLC systems.
* Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled machinery.
