We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Manager to join our team.
Work Hours: Hours are 7a - 5p Monday - Friday.
There is a requirement to be on call and available to address emergency situations which may arise after hours.
As HVAC Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Overseeing inventory and equipment maintenance
Working with the sales team to generate new business opportunities
Budget/KPI implementation and tracking
Ability to hire motivate and train a team of HVAC technicians
Ability to create strategy and goals for team productivity and quality of work
Management of HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality onsite
Understanding the sales criteria and holding your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Must have experience leading people and processes to get profit results
Strong in depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong computer skills
Valid driver's license
Pay Range: This is an exempt position with compensation determined based on the candidate's experience.
