I.
JOB PURPOSE As Operation staff (technician) and their work including but not limited to: Monitoring and managing utilities such as Process Cooling Water (PCW), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Clean Dry Air (CDA), Chilled Water System (CHW), Exhaust blowers, Cooling Tower (CT), Electricity supply, and other critical systems including all pumps, valves, fittings, instrumentation, piping, etc.
Ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and performing according to established SOP (Standard Operation Standard) to support the production process.
Play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and safe working environment.
Maintain equipment records.
II.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Must Have 1.
Conduct day-to-day/routine operation and control of utility systems, · Central Monitoring System operation, Process water system (PCW, CHW, CW), CDA, Exhaust blowers, Cooling Tower, HVAC, Gas/Chemical supply system, Argon Recycle system including all pumps, valves, fittings, instrumentation, and piping etc.
· Technicians responding to alarms on site and performing routine tasks to maintain system functionality.
· Gas / Chemical loading & unloading .
· Waste Chemical unloading.
· Exhaust blower control.
· Periodic HVAC filter change.
· Ensuring cleanliness of equipment and facilities areas.
· Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, alarms, and other emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of the facility.

Ensure uptime and quality to manufacturing.
Identify tasks and improvements to help increase equipment-operating efficiency.
3.
Compile and operating records for all facilities equipment status, operating changing point and schedule testing.
4.
All other duties as assigned by management.
To Be Trained 1.
Coordinate with the Facility Maintenance Supervisor for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
2.
Comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations of Hanwha QCELLS.
3.
Responsible to respond to factory in an emergency of all environmental failures, powers, water, fires, or security issues when needed.
4.
Able to communicate with all levels of organization.

5.
All other duties as assigned by management.
6.
Regularly report to Shift leader of operation technician on operation progress and issues.
III.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1.
Educational Background: · Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
2.
Experience: · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a similar manufacturing or related industry.
· Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technicians.
3.
Technical Knowledge: · Basic knowledge of Plumbing codes and building codes.
· Proficient in mechanical systems and utilities within a similar industry.
4.
Relevant Certificate (Preferred) · Relevant certifications are preferred and will be considered a plus.
5.
Regulatory Compliance (Preferred): · In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations applicable to manufacturing factory.
· Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
6.
Fluency in Korean is Preferred.
