We are currently seeking a qualified Project Manager.

Job Title: Project Manager
* Maintain positive relationships and act as the liaison between subcontractors and clients in managing all components of construction projects from start to finish.
The project manager will plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects.
*Essential Functions include but are not limited to:*
* Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
* Prepare and submit budget estimates
* Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance and quality of workmanship
* Confer with superintendents, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
* Coordinate work of subcontractors.
* Negotiate buyouts and select subcontractors.
* Evaluate changer orders and process RFI’s.
* Visit project sites 2-3 times per week or as required.

*Job Requirements:*
* Must possess a minimum of five years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager or combination experience and education
* Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
* Must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
* Must be able to set and meet high quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules.
* Must display strong leadership skills and personal accountability.

Education/Experience:*
Five years related experience and/or training or a four-year degree and one-year related experience and/or training or a combination of education and experience.

Pay: $55,000.
