POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the operations leadership, the Installer ensures that The ICEE Company is always represented in a professional and courteous manner.
Installer will be held to a high standard of service as ICEE has a commitment to success to our customers, partners, and team members.
Installer are required to conduct installations of all ICEE and restaurant equipment such as: Frozen Carbonated and Non-Carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, juice dispensers, etc.
The Installer must be able to work with minimal supervision and are required to attend weekly meetings held in their Service Center.
Team members in this role are provided with a vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs the mechanical set up of ICEE equipment, and makes repairs as needed.
Performs installations of syrup, CO2, and water lines.
Installs drain line if necessary.
Checks quality of all products i.
e.
: checking syrup levels, changing out flavors, cleaning around machines, etc.
Maintains inventory and the maintenance on equipment such as: parts, tools, and the company vehicle.
Reviews service orders and service performed with his/her supervisor.
Keeps the supervisor informed of customer concerns, needs, and up-selling opportunities.
Documents all work performed and closes out all activities upon completion.
Ensures that the point of sale (POS) material is fresh.
Clearly communicates with both customers and co-workers.
Responsible for machine movement.
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 21 years of age due to DOT requirements.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
Ability to lift 55 lbs.
or more on a regular basis.
Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs.

Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.
Preferred experience in refrigeration, food & beverage, plumping, and electrical.
