Commercial Handyman

We are a facility maintenance company that provides commercial facility maintenance repair/replacement work as required by our clients.
We currently have an opening for a commercial handyman within our company.
You should be able to independently perform all aspects of maintenance on a commercial building including but not limited to walls, ceilings, floors, stucco, paint, door, and ceramic tile repairs.
You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills.
To communicate with our clients and our staff, English must be spoken and written well.
*Skills* * Proven experience as maintenance technician.
* Experience with tools and electrical equipment.
* Plumbing experience is a plus.
* Respond to emergency situations to ensure employee and facility safety.
* Adhere to organization and facilities department policies and procedures.
* Good communication ability.
* Well-organized and apt in problem-solving.
* Attention to detail.
* Willing to learn new things is a must.
* Able to work by yourself or with a team member.
* Background check and drug test required.
Qualifications * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * 10 years facility maintenance experience * Valid state Driver’s License * The ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
* Must have your own tools.
