Our company is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for our Lawn Maintenance division.
This role serves as the primary liaison for our branch, providing expert knowledge in Customer Relations, Quality Control, Maintenance Safety Procedures, Ancillary Sales, and Budget Adherence.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Field Management or closely related field is a plus.
Minimum of three years’ relevant experience.
Prior Landscape or Construction Industry experience preferred.
Must have a current state driver’s license.
Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts in excess of $1.
5M in annual revenue.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a displayed emphasis on Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Bi-lingual is a plus
Responsibilities
Provide leadership for the branch and assist in overall management.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Manage all aspects of the maintenance contract, including base maintenance operations, irrigation, agronomics, seasonal color, mulch installation, palm & tree pruning, and ancillary services.
Identify and develop opportunities for enhancements of existing landscapes.
Represent the company at various events and organizations to build relationships and enhance the company's public image and brand.
Assist the sales team in acquiring new business.
Establish and implement quality assurance processes.
Manage organization’s resources, including equipment and materials.
Develop crew schedules and routes with a focus on efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
