*Concrete Superintendent*
*Rite-Way Foundations* is an Alpharetta, GA based concrete contractor servicing some of the best General Contractors throughout the Southeast.
Rite-Way is hiring a Full-Time Concrete Superintendent to oversee multiple commercial projects throughout the Atlanta metro area.

*Key Superintendent Responsibilities:*
* Developing project plan with Operations Team
* Provide interface with customer and oversight for internal crews and subcontractors
* Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and daily reports
* Hold crews accountable for safe work practices and work performance
* Maintain and review punch list process and project turnover
* Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously
*Qualifications:*
* Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Procore is a plus
* Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills required
* 5+ years of superintendent experience for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
* Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
* Seeking someone with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
* In depth knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over $1M.
* Knows how to lead people and drive results for the overall project success.
