A Structures Wall Foreman must possess 5 years managing the construction of cast in place concrete walls or MSE Walls.
This position is responsible for managing a crew of 5 to 7 to construct Cast In Place or MSE Walls on a daily basis.
The foreman is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals are met or exceeded.
In addition, the foreman ensures that adequate materials, equipment, and tools are available to build the scope of work.
The Foreman ensures employee adherence to appropriate safety precautions and regulations.
The Foreman conducts a daily safety huddle and completes applicable daily reports required by the company.
Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements
Considerable knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in Cast In Place Wall or MSE Wall Construction.
Has the ability to read plans and perform basic construction layout.
Experience working on DOT or GDOT projects is a plus.
Considerable knowledge of the relevant occupational hazards and safety precautions.
Ability to plan, schedule, assign, manage, and supervise the work of subordinates.
Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions, and to work from plans and specifications.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Ability to maintain simple records on a computer.
Sufficient physical strength and agility to perform the work of the class.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, climbing, stooping and bending.
As well as periodic lifting of 10 to 50 pounds.
