RESPONSIBILITIES
The T&IC laboratory services responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Plan, coordinate and support repairs and installations to facility, including supervision of outside contractors.
Work effectively with the T&IC Maintenance Team.
Lead and document the inspection and testing of T&IC safety compliance systems.
Lead scheduling and documentation of T&IC building systems including HVAC, laboratory water systems, and lighting.
Provide hands-on support, as needed, to laboratory facilities, such as changing light bulbs, painting, and minor repairs.
Schedule and support office and conference room setup and tear downs as needed för renovation and business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Computer Systems: Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Mechanically inclined
Highly organized
Ability to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher.
Facility operational support, safety compliance inspections
Two or more years of work experience
Preferred Skills:
Be able to follow facility standards for safe work practices, procedures, housekeeping and cleanup.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Work productively with little direct supervision.
Work effectively as a part of the T&IC group.
Utilize computer systems for data retrieval, documentation and record keeping.
