Polaris Services LLC is a hydro-excavation division of Vecta Environmental that utilizes high-pressure water and vacuum to safely excavate compacted soils.
Hydro-excavation is used for potholing and pipe location, slot trenching, and excavation where cables, fiber-optic lines and utility lines are located.
The management at Polaris Services have over 100 years of pipeline construction and repair experience.
Our professional operators and equipment reduce risks of accidents and cause less damage to buried lines and cable.
Job Summary Polaris Services LLC Class B Drivers safely operate an assigned vehicle and are responsible for Hydro Excavator Operations.
Our Class B Drivers will navigate high traffic roadways, off highway and remote locations in an oilfield environment.
This position is NOT just a truck driving position.
The position involves driving as well as operating the hydro-excavation equipment.
CDL is required but operating experience is not, we will train you on the equipment.

· Operates vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements as well as all local, state, and federal requirements and Company expectations for the Fleet; maintains a clean and safe vehicle.
· Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle using utilizing standard DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report); notes all issues on DVIR form for corrective review/repair.
· Immediately reports any unsafe situations or service calls to Manager or Company Man before attempting service.
· Participates and cooperates in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required by Manager.
· Performs all duties as scheduled by Manager assisting other company drivers as directed.
· Notifies Manager of any incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
· Communicates customer requests or issues to Manager.
· Follows driving assignments throughout the day and completes all required documentation.
· Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training, identifying job hazards, wearing correct PPE, and observing for o · neself and others.
· Shows up on time and ready to complete work.
· Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Required: · Commercial Drivers License B (CDL) with Tanker endorsement with an acceptable driving record Work Environment Listed below are key points regarding environmental demands and work environment of the job.
