Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is hiring a Product Portfolio Manager for our Koch Glitch mass transfer business to lead the development and implementation of the global product portfolio for all product lines within the business.
This role is responsible for actively managing the end-to-end product strategy from product ideation, through go-to-market and when appropriate, product discontinuation.
In this role, you will use all available information and data to identify opportunities, create product strategies and proactively manage and update the innovation roadmap.
The Product Portfolio Manager will analyze and interpret market trends and portfolio performance to inform future product development and improve productivity and inventory turns, balancing both topline and bottom-line goals for the brand.
This role is highly cross functional in nature requiring collaboration with multiple departments including, but not limited to: sales, innovation/R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and finance.
As a key member of the global product team this role will report to the Global Product and Technology Vice President and lead a team of 5 - 10 Product and Technology Managers.
For candidates based in the US, this role can be remote.

Collaborate across all disciplines and regions to develop, execute, and optimize profitable global product strategies, ensuring that the business has competitively advantaged offerings for the mass transfer product line.
Develop a solutions portfolio with market relevance (globally and/or in specific regions) through phased deployments in alignment with marketing, innovation and strategic pricing work including segmentation, value-based pricing, and product life cycle best practices.
Build knowledge of production capabilities and asset footprints and partner with the strategic growth and operations teams to develop the mid to long range vision for future capabilities (build/partner/source).
Analyze data and insights to determine industry, market and customer trends.
Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and other factors.
Monitor product performance across all markets and make data-driven decisions to improve the product.
Identify compliance risks and develop gap closure plans to address risks while implementing a systematic approach to maintaining compliance.
The Experience You Will Bring Requirements (Basic Qualifications): Product development, category management and/or portfolio management experience Experience establishing data-driven product strategies Ability to lead global cross-functional teams, leveraging transparency and collaboration to achieve results.
Experience developing financial models Demonstrated experience developing business strategies, including the associated written and verbal communications.
Experience working in or with energy, chemical, or other industrial industry Willing and able to travel up to 25% What Will Put You Ahead Experience leading industrial product lines globally.
Experience in manufacturing or engineered-to-order business models.
Business strategy communication, written and verbal.
MBA or postgraduate degree in Economics, or Finance For this role, we anticipate paying $115,000 - $200,000 per year.
