CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SPECIALIZING MOSTLY IN RESIDENTIAL REMODELING, CUSTOM HOMES AND LIGHT COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION IS SEEKING FOR:
Ace Home Building & Construction is looking for an Experienced Construction Carpenter for a Full-Time W-2 employment position who are interested in joining a thriving company that has residential construction projects all year round with a standard 40 hours or more per week.
We are a fast-growing company and there is plenty of room for upward mobility.
Requirements
• Must have at least 3 years of verifiable experience with rough/finish carpentry, interior and exterior construction, such as framing and building structures, renovations, remodeling, additions, basements, decks, cornice, trim, window/door installation, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
• Must provide own tools and know how to accurately operate drills, skill-saws, table saws, planers, miter box, and jig saw, among others
• Must be able to climb ladders/ scaffolds and not be afraid to get on a roof
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
• Must have own transportation
• Must have own basic carpentry hand tools
• Must wear carpenter’s toolbelt with carpentry hand tools inside all the time
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have your own dependable truck
• Must be able to commute within our service area in the North Side of Atlanta, which spans in the South boundary from I-20 South in the Atlanta area, in the North boundary in Cartersville, Canton and Cumming, in the East and West boundaries from South Gwinnett and North Fulton counties to Cobb county, including Cherokee county, North Dekalb, South Bartow, and South Forsyth counties
