The technician should be experienced in the field with IICRC Certifications and experience in remediation and restoration.
The individual must be open and willing to be a crucial part of the team as well as one of the faces of the company's reputation.
With this company being a start-up restoration and remediation company, you will serve as a foundational asset in building the company to long-term success.

The Restoration Technician is responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration work while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation and restoration.
The position demands strict adherence to company guidelines and procedures, ensuring adherence to local, EPA, and OSHA regulations related to safety and hazardous material handling.
The individual must be available for emergency response work after hours and on weekends/holidays.
Such services will be compensated as after-hours bonuses.
Technicians will remove and replace any unrecoverable parts of a home, safely stabilize structures, sanitize areas, and restore buildings to their former state.
Technicians are expected to be well-versed in safety protocols, handling customer questions and grievances, meeting strict timelines, and managing complaints.
This role is to serve all customers with the highest level of customer service through attention to detail and quality mitigation services.
*\*Seeking only certified technicians at this time* _*Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *_ * Assess property damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters.
* Clean and store salvageable belongings and property.
* Perform water extraction, carpet/floor drying and cleaning, mold and mildew remediation, deodorization/decontamination, and demolition and debris removal.
* Demolish or remove damaged plumbing, framing, drywall, and related materials.
* Repair and restore the structure.
* Comfortable with fieldwork, and working in all types of weather and environments.
_*Requirements:*_ * Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel at all hours of the day*.
* * *IICRC, WRT Certification* * Construction experience is preferred.
* Ability to lift equipment and materials.
* Efficient using power tools and remediation equipment.
* Must have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
* Must be willing to work after-hours/ weekends/ holidays for any emergency service response.
* Must have a professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
00 - $25.
