*Job Details/Duties*
As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for technical troubleshooting, inspection, repairs and maintenance on robotic equipment, hydraulic press equipment, blow molding equipment, as well as facility equipment such as air compressors, cooling towers, air conditioners, and plumbing.
You will respond to daily trouble requests to support production and complete planned maintenance.
Position functions include, but are not limited to:
* Troubleshooting equipment
* Equipment operational checks
* Cutter and cable checks
* Trouble reports/Work order completion
* Repair production and facility equipment
* Jig adjustments
* Utility monitoring and adjustments: Cooling tower, Air compressors, HVAC units
* Scheduled weekly maintenance activities
* Filter changes and YTPM duties as assigned
* Fabrication projects as assigned
* Weekly equipment checks
* Kaizen projects as assigned
*Qualifications*
* Must have previous maintenance experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
* Must have direct experience of working as a Maintenance Technician.
* Operation of Overhead Cranes, Forklifts, and various air and power tools are necessary to be considered for this position.
* Industrial Electrician and ability to read wiring diagrams
* Pipe Fitting/Hydraulic
* Blow Mold concepts/plastic injection
* Physical requirements include ability to walk and stand on feet for extended periods of time, and ability to perform light to moderate lifting as needed
