_*Job Summary*_
* This position supports the production teams to ensure materials are available for the teams to be able to meet customer requirements for quality and delivery
_*Essential Duties & Responsibilities*_
* Receive and distribute purchased materials and items;
* Receive, stock, and distribute replenished materials;
* Process picking tickets for shipment to customers;
* Stock picking and production areas to support work teams;
* Manage production supplies;
* Keep work areas organized/5S;
* Load and unload trucks;
* Transact POs, receipts, and other inventory transactions in ERP
_*Education & Experience*_
* High school or equivalent;
* 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
_*Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies*_
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
* Attention to detail;
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus;
* Must be able to work extended hours and weekends/holidays as needed to meet deadlines;
* Proficient in MS Excel;
* Understanding of the following ERP and Accounting processes –Purchase Orders
Receipt of Goods
Cycle Counts
Physical Inventory
Inventory Transactions
Min/max levels
BOMs
_*Job Requirements*_
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior warehouse experience
* Ability to lift 30 pounds or more repeatability.
* Able to go up and down ladders carrying merchandise.
_*Physical Requirements & Working Environment*_
This position works under indoor conditions and exposed to elements including but not limited to, weather, chemicals, odor, and environmental conditions.
The employee must be able to work in an upright standing position for long periods of time, and must be able to sit, walk, crawl, climb, reach with hands and arms, work in difficult positions and lift up to 30 lbs.
The incumbent must be able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
