Responsibilities and Duties:
* Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
* Troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
* Report preparation
* Perform general office duties, including technical report writing and proofreading, use of office machines, and computer software, including MS Office
* Provide service and customer support during field visits
* Follow company procedures and protocol
* Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
* Build positive relationships with current and potential customers
* Manage customer success by maintaining strong relationships and regular communication with our customer.
* Develop proper go-to-market strategies.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Relevant experience preferred but not required.
* Proven effective oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain excellent relationships between bravo e tech and customers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to conduct business with executive-level business owners.
* Willingness to be part of and play a leadership role in a collaborative team environment.
* Have a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Korean/English Speaker Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.
00 - $50,000.
