Front of House Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Lead to join our team.
As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Duties: - Coordinate and supervise the activities of the production line - Train and mentor production line workers - Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production - Operate power tools, hand tools, and other equipment as needed - Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure all team members follow safety protocols - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency Requirements: - Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to opera - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written If you are a highly motivated individual with the skills and experience necessary for this role, we encourage you to apply.
