*SUMMARY OF POSITION*
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly.
*RESPONSIBILITIES *
Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Leading the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees
- Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Overseeing training and development programs for employees
- Conducting data collection and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Managing HR sourcing activities, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews

- Succession planning: Ability to identify high-potential employees and develop plans for their career advancement within the organization.
- Conflict management: Strong skills in resolving conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- ADP Proficiency in using ADP or similar HRIS software for managing employee data.
- Senior leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Data collection: Experience in collecting HR-related data to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions.
- HR sourcing: Knowledge of effective sourcing strategies for attracting top talent.
- Data analysis skills: Ability to analyze HR data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with ADP or similar payroll software for managing employee compensation.
-Training and Readiness: Strong understanding and proven ability to build effective ground up training programs.
- Performance management: Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
- Excellent report writing skills for documenting incidents, investigations, and compliance
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
- HS diploma, GED (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
