Construction Heavy Equipment Mobilization Driver

*Job Overview:* We are currently seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment Mobilization Driver to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of heavy construction equipment to and from job sites.
This role requires a skilled driver with experience in handling various types of heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety.
*Responsibilities:* Transport heavy construction equipment to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner.
Ensure the secure loading and unloading of equipment onto trailers.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the transport vehicle and equipment.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards during transportation.
Collaborate with the equipment operators and project managers to coordinate efficient mobilization plans.
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage logs and delivery receipts.
Perform basic maintenance tasks on the transport vehicle as needed.
*Qualifications:* Proven experience as a heavy equipment mobilization driver.
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for transporting heavy equipment.
Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery to load and unload equipment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform loading/unloading tasks and long-distance driving.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent.
