Identify continuous improvement measures to improve production, equipment performance and quality of product.
Collaborate with your team and leaders to implement solutions

Complete special Projects as required
Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated team participation and/or leadership and related continuous improvement successes.
Sound working knowledge and application of lean manufacturing principles.
Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
BS in Engineering, Business or a related field required
Experienced leader in planning, directing, training, and leading a group of leaders and their teams in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in lean process and principles including but not limited to value stream mapping, Kaizen and creating innovative approaches to reduce and eliminate waste
Resourceful in solving problems, working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives and drive results.
Strong communication skill and ability to build a strong team and environment where people are motivated to do their best and help the organization win
