*Required Skills:* **
* Minimum 4 years' experience in the following areas:
* Problem-solving using root cause analysis.
Candidates must be able to explain their approach and experiences.
* Working with predictive maintenance technology, with the ability to elaborate on their experiences.
* Planning and scheduling maintenance work.
* Examining defects and issues identified during preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) activities.
*Job Description:* **
The Reliability Engineer will:
* Champion the implementation of reliability best practices.
* Work with various plant teams to identify, evaluate, and implement reliability improvement opportunities.
* Analyze equipment history for reliability improvement opportunities.
* Deploy root cause analysis methods on consequential problems.
* Participate in new equipment selection and deployment, ensuring reliability principles are integrated.
* Contribute to the Autonomous Maintenance process through operator inspections and tasks.
* Promote and implement various reliability strategies, including planned corrective maintenance, time-based preventive maintenance, and condition-based maintenance.
* Participate in audits for reliability progression and performance.
* Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles for optimizing maintenance strategies.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in the CMMS, assisting in user training and data integrity.
*Other Qualifications:* **
* Good communication skills.
* Strong team player attributes.
* Experience in SAP PM, training others, and ensuring system integrity.
* Skills in precision maintenance processes and developing lubrication programs.
* Experience in spare part reviews and risk mitigation strategies.
* Participation in equipment design and installations.
* Ability to drive proactive performance and supervise planners.

Pay: $87,000.
