Looking for a responsible, employed and clean renter who does not keep a lot of company, pays rent on time and can commit to renting for at least 3-6 months.
Rent is split in half between both tenants and is $790 a month per person, plus utilities.
Utilities will vary based upon your usage.
Deposit is $200.
First month and deposit are required at time of move in.
