You'll have a large, unfurnished room on the ground floor (big enough to fit a king sized bed and furniture).
Shared bathroom.
Massive kitchen, decent living room, and a widows walk on the top of the house.
A small patio in the back, and a hammock in the front.
4 other professional females in their mid 20s - 30s will share the space (one lives in the top floor apartment, so you'll hardly see her - you mainly live with 3 others).
We are looking for someone who will be a good fit as it is important that all parties feel comfortable in the shared spaces and get along.
One is a nurse, one works from home in marketing & one in graphic design.
Utilities run about $100-$150/ month per person.
