I only smoke at night downstairs in my living room and conceal the smell best I can but you may smell it so if it’s not for you, I understand.
Clean up after yourself and pay on time are my only requirements.
No guests and no pets at all.
I work from home, will be home all day everyday, prefer someone who will be out mostly whether at work or etc.
