I’m 7 miles from Kennesaw State and Life University The yard is almost 7 acres with a 1-acre pond and borders Nickajack Creek near the Covered Bridge.

This is a social house and I’m looking for a roommate that will be a perfect fit for the household, not just a rent check.
At least once a month there is a "neighbors and friends" wine and appetizer night and a bonfire by the pond.
I’m looking for a smart, active, non-smoking, male roommate to share our large home in a neighborhood in the Smyrna/Vinings area.
You will have full access to all areas of the home, and we will share the laundry, kitchen, and all other common areas.

The backyard is wide open, with lots of woods, and a 1-acre pond.
The pond has islands for quiet meditation and ducks for *not quiet* meditation.
There is a lot of wildlife in the yard; river otters, foxes, ducks, hawks, owls, deer, and rabbits.
Things you should know about me: I am male, 44, white, and married, an Emory alum with no kids.
I am an attorney, and my wife works for The Coca-Cola Company There is a cat.

I'm very active; intramural sports, gym, woodworking, house projects, yard projects, politics, public speaking, and nightlife.
I usually work from home, but my job does involve travel.
