The room for rent is partially furnished (Futon, desk and bookshelves) on the main floor.
Bedroom has 3 windows that gets a lot of natural light.
Bedroom was formerly used as a playroom and has tiled floors with a large closet.
The bathroom is upstairs that you will share.
We would prefer someone looking to rent for at least 4 months.
Rent is $650.
00 includes some utilities (cable, water)/ You will be responsible for 1/4 of gas and electric.
Free use of household amenities (laundry room, fridge space.
) No weekly or split payments, must be paid by the 3rd of the month in full.
There is a $150 late fee if rent is paid after the 3rd.
You would share the common living spaces (kitchen, dining room, etc.
) with 2 very laid back and low-key people.
