In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with Friends or Family.
On the weekends, I often have a game night every other Friday,Have drinks by the fire pit or Go out with friends.
I'm a EMT by trade, and I work a pretty normal EMS/EMT schedule from 5am-5pm 12hr shifts.
During the week, I'm usually in bed by 8:30 and up by 3am.
On the weekends, I'm usually asleep by 2am and up around Noon.
I'm a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time.
I want my house to be a place where you can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people and no extended quests.
I'm open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time( A roommate agreement will be in place, Background check, paid by you).
I'm down to get to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV or have movies nights together and host cook outs for friends.
If you're not open to the idea of sharing a meal or time together every once in a while, we're probably not a good fit.
Im OCD like I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean and neat at.
I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work, I expect the same.
I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule, its normally on Sundays to keep things organized.
My monthly budget is $850 which includes Half utilities and rent, I'm looking to rent the room out first of June Just because I have another roommate that's moving out but it depends when I can get the room together for the next tenant, Unless otherwise stated.

Here are some of my quirks and relevant information: I'm sometimes overwhelmed by loud noises and can't stand Dirty,nasty disrespectful people.
So, if you're someone that cant keep the bathroom clean at all times, clean up after your self and know that u are lazy and rude and mean.
Your not the best fit for me.
With that said, I'm not going to get upset at you for making popcorn at night and u drop some crumbs or leave a cup or bowl in the sink.
I'm a sometimes smoker and that's done either outside or in the garage only.
