Room for rent for one person only! Room is furnished, no private bath.
Shared living room and kitchen with me.
Must be a person that cleans up after themselves.
Must buy your own food and drinks.
Please no drunks or heavy drug users, 420 is fine.
No eating or drinking in the bedroom, a bottle of water to take in there at night is fine.
Also no smoking in the bedroom,smoking is only allowed in the living room.
If you do, you will be asked to leave, they are my pet peeves.
