I prefer (40's-70’s) who works full-time out from the home and may participate in a Church, Synagogue, or charity, but not a must.
Our Friendly, Safe, Quiet Neighborhood is in desirable Peachtree Corners within walking distance to “Town Center-The Forum” and Peachtree Parkway (Hwy141).
Please No pets, smokers, drugs, heavy drinkers or anger issues, ha! Being Respectful, willing to Help out with share house chores, Neat, Clean, and Considerate are a must for Peace and Harmony.
I will ask for current and past Rental references plus two other references I will speak with each for a light background check.
No Credit Check but you will need to provide confirmation of stable income, full-time employment, a copy of
a valid Driver’s License and proof of car insurance.
Must have your own car.
Term is Monthly to Month with just a $750 Security Deposit.
