Cozy room in Norcross available for responsible female, the bathroom is the main guest bathroom and is shared with a female tenant and guests only, so it must be kept clean by the two tenants.
We have two cats and one kitten that we are accommodating so please let me know if you have any pet allergies.
Must bring a deposit of $300 to secure room (if approved), and a background check may be processed.

The Internet is fast, but only 21mb/s down and 12mb/s up (Negotiable).
The kitchen is clean and shared by everyone with reasonable accommodation, there are weeks where only one person uses it daily.
The dishwasher is available, but no one really uses it frequently.
No smoking inside the house.

Off the road parking for one car is available, guest parking is only available on the side of the road.
