I have a large furnished bedroom immediately available for rent for $530.
00 a month.
Rent includes utilities.
There is also internet (wifi) available in the home.
A tv is available for use.
There is a washer/dryer onsite.
The house is on a Marta bus line, and close to downtown Atlanta and downtown Decatur.
The room is furnished with a queen sized bed and dressers.
This bedroom doesnt have a bathroom inside it, but that option may be available later.
Single occupancy only (no pets or couples).
The individual may possibly share the bathroom with someone in the future, but I am currently living alone and there are three bathrooms here.
I'm looking for a quiet financially stable individual who has stable employment outside of the home (regular consistent work hours as a w2 employee), hardly has any visitors and seeking to stay three months and longer.
Smoking is allowed for an additional fee.
