The occupants that will be living in the home are one professional male in his 60’s, two professional males in their mid 40’s, and myself a professional male in his 40’s.
My house is on the Gwinnett Transit Bus line.
All utilities, which includes the A/C, Heat, electric cooking (I wish it was gas), Gigabit internet, Plex, and access to Spectum Plus television programming are included in the rent.
