I am renting out a room in my home located in Suwanee-Lawrenceville, 3 minutes from Buford, and 8 minutes from Duluth.
Rent is $750, and is due on the 1st of every month.
The cost of rent includes the room, all utilities, internet, and renter's insurance.
A one-time non-refundable administration fee of $250 is due upon move-in.
First month's rent will be prorated and is due upon move-in.
Room is move-in ready now.
I like a quiet, spotless clean, and respectful home.
The tenant is expected to abide by the rules agreed to in the lease.
Looking ONLY for a non-smoker, no illicit drug usage, no pets, quiet, clean, respectful male individual.
This is a clean family home with cats.
Indoor shoes/footwear, socks, and bare feet are acceptable indoors, however, outdoor footwear must come off upon entering the house.
Note: the room is not furnished.
Furniture is welcome.
