We are very socially conservative and would enjoy other like-minded individuals.
We are a married couple with an 18-year-old son and one of the other bedrooms is currently rented by a lady.
There is almost always somebody home due to varying work schedules and working at home.
We are specifically looking for another woman.
All men, no matter how great they are, will be denied.
Included: * A bedroom with closet on 2nd floor * Bring your furniture * 1 full bath on the 2nd floor is shared only with the one other lady that rents the other room * 1/2 bathroom on the main level is shared by everybody * Use of kitchen including plates, utensils, pots and pans with dedicated cabinet and fridge space * Use of washer and dryer * All utilities are included in the price including WiFi internet, electric, natural gas, trash service and water * Outdoor parking in the cul-de-sac, which we are at the end of * Anything not mentioned above is NOT included - You buy your own groceries, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.
- You do not have use of others' personal belongings Terms and Expectations: * Security deposit of $625 (returned when moving out w/o damages less any unpaid rent) * 1st and last months' rent prorated based upon move-in and move-out date * $625/month * You can never be late on rent - Due in my account via Zelle on the 1st of each month * Background check * Month-to-month, but some have chosen to stay for many years * One person only - No couples or children * Guests never allowed to enter home, even for a brief time - If you want to visit with someone, go to them * No drug use in home or away from home * Non-drinker * Non-smoker * No pets * No kids * No criminal record * No foul language * No loud phone conversations * Conservative dress standards * Keep your spaces clean and do not leave your clutter around the house * Steady income and appropriate debt ratio - I am a former mortgage loan officer, you will need to document this * Since the bathrooms are shared, you will need to get along with the other tenant in scheduling time - I do not want anybody being made late for work or something over bathroom disputes * The space allotted to you in your bedroom and some kitchen cabinet space is all you get.
You may not find what you think is empty space in the garage or elsewhere for you to store more stuff.
If you have more, get a storage unit elsewhere.
