Seeking a roommate to live with me (32M).
It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1834 sqft spacious house with a really cool interior style.
The 10’ ceilings really open it up.
Big backyard, great front porch with seating and porch swing.
I’ve worked really hard since I bought the house to decorate it in a really warm, cozy way, so if you’re looking for a lovely, calm place to live, it’s here! My kitchen and house are filled with everything you might need.
I’m a big cook, so the kitchen is very stocked.
I’m looking for a respectful, mature roommate to live in my house with me and my dog River (golden doodle age 1 very chill).
I work from home at the moment and utilize the third bedroom as an office/guest room.
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom that is not en suite.
You can pick which of the two bedrooms you prefer.
Furniture not included in your room.
All other furniture is included throughout the house.
A typical day for me is waking up in the morning, getting River (dog) squared away with food/walk, and then getting into work.
I typically go to yoga midday three days a week, I cook a lot of my meals (love cooking), and I enjoy quiet nights watching tv, reading, or hanging out with friends.
I do spend a good bit of time at home, but I’m very easygoing and quiet.
I’m pretty social but also enjoy my alone and quiet time.
I expect a roommate to be needing their own alone time, and I’m happy to give it.
I don’t think we have to be close friends or anything, but it’s nice to live with someone who is down to hang out and chat and check in on one another.
I’m 420 friendly (outside preferably).
I don’t drink much myself, but you do you.
Temperatures: cold months = 64 to 69 degrees, hot months = 67 to 72 degrees
No pets.
The one dog is plenty for this house at this time.
Monthly rent = $1,500.
