We're looking for a social roommate that lives an active, healthy lifestyle.
If this sounds like you, you'll really love living here.
Close to I-75, I-285, and I-20 (Downtown, Midtown, Marietta, Buckhead) and the Airport.
In the neighborhood we have the Silver Comet trail, Smyrna Market Village, The Battery and all kinds of fun stuff going on.
At the house, all utilities are included as well as maid service.
The house is on 7 acres with a lawn, pond with ducks, woods, hot tub, bonfire areas and lots of other amenities.
The room is furnished but you can bring your own furniture if you'd like.
For move-in, please be prepared to pay a $200 cleaning fee and $700 first months rent.
Things I would like in a roommate *Very Sociable.
If you're one of those guys that likes to hang out alone in your room a lot - this is not your scene.
* I have a cat named Ginger; Don't be allergic.
* You don't smoke.
* You will clean up after yourself.
