I have a room for rent at my condo in Midtown and I am looking for a roommate.
The condo will be fully furnished.
The bedroom for rent is not but can be.
The larger room is $1200/mth and the gated parking spot is $100/mth + half of the utilities (gas + power + internet) water is included.
The smaller room is $1100/mth + same as above.
There are two bedroom options for rent: the largest one with sliding mirror doors for the closet and the smaller one with a small walk in closet.
There is one shared master bathroom and a half bath downstairs.
Looking for long term w/1 year lease.
