I have a bedroom completely furnished access to the whole house and lots of outside areas to relax in.
I am looking for someone who is dependable and has NO DRAMA!! An overnight guest is allowed for a max of 2 days.
NO cigarette smokers or drugs are allowed on the property.
I do have 3 cats they are very friendly, and they love to cuddle!! The move-in fee is $1700 which covers the first and last month's rent!!! "This is a live-at-will situation since I will have last month's rent you can leave when you want to some notice would be nice! If we do not vibe within the first 25 days you will have to leave and I will refund your last month's rent.
NO more pets allowed UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED!!
