Greetings! My large Hunter Hills home is located in Northwest Atlanta near Mozley Park, Washington Park, Mercedes Benz Stadium and the Atlanta Beltline.
We are on the bus line and about mid-way between the Westlake and Ashby Street Marta stations.
The peaceful and quiet renter will rent my spare bedroom in the downstairs apartment.
He will share the side entry with only 1 person.
After entering the home, he’ll have full access to the entire downstairs apartment! The downstairs does not have steps - which is always a nice plus.
The large eat in kitchen has basic large and small appliances: stove, microwave, 2 refrigerators and a few miscellaneous small appliances.
There is a laundry in the apartment for your convenience.
Your private bedroom has its own closet.
You will share the bathroom with only 1 person.
There are plenty of windows for sunlight and fresh air.
The central HVAC system is maintained on a regular basis - including changing the filters.
The home is quiet, peaceful, smoke-free and well-kept.
Wireless Wi-Fi / internet and utilities are included with the rent.
Parking is available on the street.
I live upstairs so that I am very accessible to respond as quickly as possible to any concerns you may have while staying in my home.
The current downstairs renter has shared my home for many years.
Although you may not stay here as long as Ed, he can attest to the quality of the home; the privacy; and the peacefulness.
We are looking for a mature individual who shares the same values.
Minimum stay is 3 months.
