I have a 5 beroom home located in douglasville, ga that my husband and I reside in and I'm currently looking for 1 tenant to rent out my room.
The room has a full bathroom across the hall and you can decorate both as you want with some exceptions.
The rent for the room is $600 a month with an application and processing fee of $100 non-refundable.
