The occupants that will be living in the home are two professional males in their 60’s, a professional male in his mid 40’s, and myself a professional male in my 40’s.
My house is on the Gwinnett Transit Bus line.
All utilities, which includes the A/C, Heat, electric cooking (I wish it was gas), Gigabit internet, Plex, and access to Spectum Plus television programming are included in the rent.
This room is equipped with a queen bed, and a desk next to the window.
