University student or young professional preferred.
International/exchange students are also welcomed (I speak fluent Korean – 한국에 오래 살아서 한국어도 가능합니다~).
The studio basement includes a separate heating and cooling system, private entrance from backyard, kitchen with gas range, refrigerator, toaster oven, bathroom with bathtub and shower, large closet, queen-sized bed, futon, desk, and built-in bookshelf.
Other furnished items removed upon request.
Shared space includes downstairs laundry room, greenhouse, outdoor patio with gas grill, backyard, and front yard with garden.
Must not be allergic to pets, I have one cat who will be in the shared space from time to time.
Utilities (high-speed internet, gas, electricity, water) are included in rent.
One month's rent deposit is required as security.
First month's rent due upon signing lease.
Lease is month to month.
At least one month's notice is required to end lease.
